The Nano-inXider is a compact SAXS (optional WAXS) to measure
particle size/distribution, structure and shape of nanomaterials in
bulk, solution and surfaces.
An extensive selection of sample environments for temperature control, orientation, tensile force, solution, etc. are available. Multiple solid, liquid or paste samples can be loaded and scanned automatically with or without temperature control.
With easy-to-use control and data reduction software, setting up a
first scan in minutes is typical.
